Swimmers training more consistently, racing regularly, and aiming for personal bests.

Performance

Swimmers training with a clear performance focus, structured goals, and regular competition schedules.

Most swimmers naturally float between two squads — this does not restrict where or how you train. Sessions are labelled Sprint or Distance to help you choose the most suitable session for your goals. When you sign up you'll be able to select one or two options.

Five coached sessions every week, including in the 2012 Olympic pool at the London Aquatics Centre. Prospective members are welcome to come along and try a session.
